Can I connect to a bank in another country with my version of Money

Connecting to a bank in another country can possibly be done, although it depends on how the bank offers its service.

If your bank or broker provides one-way banking (see FAQ Article 235), then you should be able to connect to the bank or broker's website and download the transactions as OFX, OFC or QIF (depending on what they offer and which version of Money you have).

For two-way banking, or financial institutions using the Yodlee interface, it is unlikely that this will work, as the products produced for each locale are different, and code to do this is unlikely to have been tested. For example, the UK product won't connect to any US banks like this - the banks or brokers have not allowed this to happen.

A list of UK and US financial institutions that are used in Money can be referenced through FAQ Article 62.
