Downloaded transactions are automatically added to the account register
Microsoft Money allows you to automatically accept all transactions downloaded from your bank or financial institution. This is useful if you do not want to bother putting any transactions in manually.
However, if you use transfer transactions, or want to check that the banks' statement is correct against your manually entered transactions, then you may need to change the automatic acceptance option.
To change it, go to Tools->Options->Online Services and change the option "Automatically accept all downloaded transactions from bank statements". Subsequent downloads should be downloaded, but not accepted, which should allow you to manually check off transactions.
