System Requirements for Money for the Pocket PC 2002

These are the system requirements for the Microsoft Money for the Pocket PC 2002 software provided by Microsoft. The software is available on the Pocket PC Downloads page.

Pocket PC Requirements

• Windows CE Pocket PC, Version 3.0
• 500K available program memory on Pocket PC

Desktop PC Requirements

• Windows 95, 98, NT4 (SP4), or Windows 2000 operating system
• 70MB available hard disk space (170MB if Microsoft Internet Explorer 5 is not installed)
• 16MB RAM
• Multimedia PC with a Pentium 90 or higher processor
• ActiveSync 3.1 or later
• For synchronization between Microsoft Money for Pocket PC and Microsoft Money on your desktop PC, Money 2001/2002 (US Version only) or later is required.

Note that there are two available versions - one for upgrades for Pocket PC 2000 users (where a version of the product came with the PPC software) and another for new installations on Pocket PC 2002 devices.
